I did finally get my Epson GT-S50 working. I have a tech support contract with iYogi.They were recommended by Dell. It took them over 12 hours to fix this.

The product works okay now but still double feeds a lot and is very temperamental. When it works right, it really speeds up my work verse scanning with the Hp all in one. I'm really glad I have a scanner, but would not recommend an Epson. I would highly reccommend I Yogi tech support. They are worth every penny.
