Hi guys, I'm running Vista Home OS and had many problems recently booting. Almost every time it requires to run system restore before it boots. Now several desktop icons are not working - mainly the ones that allow me into the file system. Runnig 'My Computer' opens 'Computer Management Snapin Launcher'. Running 'Windows Explorer' or 'Control Panel' gives an error message 'This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action.
